Who we are

EdgeDigger is a trading name of Value Edge AI Ltd ("we", "us"), a company registered in England and Wales, which operates the website at edgedigger.com — a data analytics tool for horse racing. Value Edge AI Ltd is the data controller for personal data collected through this site. For any data-protection question, contact us.

What we collect

  • Account details — your email address and a securely hashed password. If you sign in with Google, we receive your email address and name from Google.
  • Subscription details — if you subscribe, your payment is processed by Stripe. We store a Stripe customer reference and your subscription status. We never see or store your card details — Stripe handles those directly.
  • Your saved strategies — the filter settings you choose to save.
  • Usage data — which pages you visit and when, to understand how the site is used. This is first-party only.
  • Technical data — our hosting provider (Cloudflare) processes your IP address to keep the site secure and protect against attacks.

How we use it

  • To create and run your account, and keep you signed in
  • To take subscription payments and give you access to paid features
  • To send essential emails (password resets, replies to your messages)
  • To understand and improve how the site is used
  • To keep the service secure and prevent fraud and abuse

We do not sell your data, share it for advertising, or use cross-site tracking.

Legal basis (UK/EU GDPR)

We process your data to perform our contract with you (running your account and subscription), to meet our legitimate interests (keeping the service secure and improving it), and where required by law.

Who we share it with

We use a small number of trusted providers who process data on our behalf:

  • Stripe — payment processing
  • Google — optional sign-in, and sending our emails
  • Cloudflare — secure hosting and protection

Each has its own privacy policy and appropriate safeguards. We do not sell or rent your data to anyone.

How long we keep it

We keep your account data for as long as you have an account. If you ask us to delete your account, we remove your personal data, except anything we're legally required to keep (for example, payment records for tax purposes).

Your rights

You can ask us to: access the data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or provide it in a portable format. To exercise any of these, just get in touch. You also have the right to complain to the UK's Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).

Security

Passwords are stored hashed (never in plain text), the site runs over encrypted HTTPS, and payments are handled entirely by Stripe. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your data.

This service is for adults aged 18 or over only. EdgeDigger is a data analytics tool, not a betting operator — probabilities are model estimates, not guarantees. Please gamble responsibly. Support is available at BeGambleAware.org.
